I have been going to Carolina Car Care for 12 years now, since I moved here from N.J. … Initially when I first came to N.C. I was going to the Honda Dealer in Pinehurst, whom I originally trusted, but was growing skeptical of the inflated charges, as well as what seemed like unnecessary work on my Honda. I was SO PLEASED when I found Carolina Car Care!!! It was SO satisfying to just be able to get an oil change without the certainty of the mechanic coming into the waiting room to tell me my car NEEDED this or that, usually over $1000.00. What did I know?? So over the years I have come to trust the guys at CCC, and feel safe in asking for explanations and proof of any repairs. And they are very helpful and transparent. I have learned a lot about my car over the last 12 years, so I feel more confident when something is wrong. I also feel comfortable in expressing any concerns I have with the guys. They have helped me keep my ‘04 car, that I love, in great shape.. P.S. And you couldn’t find a greater manager than Mike!!! Plus they would always drive me back and forth when my car had to stay overnight!! Thanks guys for many years of great service!!

As usual the service at Carolina Car Care was excellent. The repair was not as easy as expected and the part was riveted in and had to be cut out. You just get used to the extra effort by the people at Carolina Car Care.

As always, an excellent experience and fantastic service. Mike & Justin did a great job getting me in and out in a timely fashion. Their service makes me feel safer in preparation for my 500 mile journey to Pennsylvania and back
