I recently moved to North Carolina with no family or friends, and no references! I read up on the previous owners and trusted total strangers to lead me to someone I could trust with the care of my care. I stopped by Carolina Car Care, met the owner and his team-good people! Long story short, like family and friends do… they have taken the best care of my car and always check on me making sure everything is running well.

This is the first time I’ve taken my car to Carolina car care. I had no appointment. But they said they would look at my car. I thought the brakes were bad. And hadn’t driven it in over a week. They were very friendly and seemed to care that this was important to take care of. They gave me a ride home and said they would call soon as they looked at my car, Which took place within an hour. Turns out there was no problem with my brakes. There might’ve been something stuck on the brake pad, causing the problem. I wasn’t a number.They were personable and cared. I will be taking ALL my car needs to them. And there was no charge for looking at my car just the oil change that I needed.
