In the pouring rain, I had just started my trip back to Mooresville from Pinehurst when I noticed a “low tire pressure” alert on my dashboard. I located Carolina Car Care in Seven Lakes knowing that they would have a working air hose and that they could likely be able to help me. Mike Deegan, the manager, was so generous and helpful. He had one of his employees check the low tire for a puncture (none was found), then filled all four tires up. They made sure I would have a safe trip driving another 2-1/2 hours home. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Carolina Car Care. Jesse and his team truly went above and beyond. I was in a time crunch with an upcoming trip, and they worked incredibly hard to find solutions and get my car back to me as quickly as possible. They kept me informed, prioritized my situation, and did everything they could to make it happen—all at a very reasonable price, which I really appreciated. What really stood out was the personal touch. They remembered me each time I came in, asked about my trip when I got back, and made the whole experience feel much more human than your typical auto shop. They even gave me a shuttle ride home on the first day and surprised me by washing my car, which was such a thoughtful extra. It’s rare to find a team this hardworking, kind, and attentive. I’d absolutely recommend Carolina Car Care to anyone.

Scary moment of a check engine light appearing and they were so helpful to tell me what I could and could not do until my appointment. Luckily it wasn't a terrible thing but a battery replacement for low voltage. They were great to let me know of another issue that I need to pay attention to and be ready to schedule soon but didn't pressure me for immediate service. Yes, it will be going there soon. 😁
