For being able to get me in quickly after blowing 2 tires on one of those awful potholes, I'm giving them some stars. But otherwise, my experience was not good. I got two tires, an inspection, and an alignment, paid a good amount. I wasn't able to pick up my car as I was working so my parents went to get it for me. The person checking them out made a remark about them paying for it, which I didn't appreciate. It wasn't until they got home that my parents saw they had failed my inspection for my breaks. Hadn't told me about it, nothing, just failed me with my tags due at the end of November. So my dad called and told them my breaks drove great, and they said they could reinspect it and "if it's close enough I'll pass you". No. I took it elsewhere and they said my breaks were good and passed me. They've done a similar thing to my dad, saying this or that needed replaced and so he took it elsewhere and they said those things weren't broken at all. Needless to say none of my family will be returning, a mechanic who can't be trusted to tell me what actually needs fixed is not a mechanic I want to be at.
