I was very pleased with the evaluation and cspeedy completion of the serpentine belt, water pump and evaluation and the tire replacement and alignment.

I was in a tight spot and my wife and I already share our vehicle. These guys not only assisted me through the issue but above and beyond in a phenomenal way. They are my go to now. They did more than what I asked for free. And work was impeccable. Going to call them shortly to get more work done.

I HIGHLY recommend Carolina Car Care in Seven Lakes Village. Jesse the owner and his team are very competent, extremely fair and honest. I trust his suggestions and he has also saved us on unnecessary repairs. We had on-going issues with our Mercedes that was affected by bad fuel we had different things arise because of it and Jesse was very empathetic about the situation shaving off some incidentals to ease the expenses. They are available to give rides back home and pick you up if you are local. I went there recently to have new tires put on my 4runner Jesse picked the perfect midline tire with impressive treads explaining that saving money on bottom of the barrel products would only cost us in the end and more suseptible to nail punctures etc... very happy with the tires/ alignment/balancing and labor was reasonable approx $1100 total. It has completely changed the ride for the better and even with groovy treads there's no additional road noise. His facility is immaculate too with a very comfortable waiting room. Great business!
