My first service at Carolina Car Care was an oil change and sparkplug replacement for our 2015 Volvo. The work was completed quickly and correctly. And Mike is ready to listen carefully to the owner's concerns. He does not assume that the owner knows absolutely nothing about cars. We have owned several Volvos and Saabs and have frequently had problems with even simple service and repair by mechanics for whom our cars were truly "foreign."
