I visited Carolina Car Care to have my car inspected and have the oil changed. Everything went well as usual. The people are friendly, service is quick and the price for service is always reasonable.

I used Carolina Car Care to perform my NC inspection for registration renewal. The website allows you to make appointments online which was convenient and efficient. They promptly followed up with a confirmation of my appointment. They also went above and beyond in customer service and completed the work sooner than expected.

Great service and price, the tech Ray found my problem quickly service writer Mike found a quality part at a reasonable price. Problem solved. I will be back.

Having recently moved to NC, I was fearful that maybe I wouldn't find the kind of reliable, excellent car service I enjoyed in my former state. I am relieved and happy to report that I did indeed find it. To date I've taken my car to Carolina Car Care for only two routine services--oil change and leaky tire--but the experiences were enough to satisfy me that my car and I will be in good hands.

Needed State Inspection and got exactly that, without delays or surprises. Liked the initial contact with staff (Mike) who efficiently took care of my needs. Will return in the future with confidence and trust.

I had just purchased a used car and after about a week and a half of having it, the battery cable was acting up. I had to wiggle and pull the cable just to get the car to start up. I’ve had my share of problems with used cars and I was soooo frustrated! I called Mike and told him what was going on, he told me to bring it in and within an hour they had it fixed! He didn’t charge me an arm and a leg and he certainly relieved my stress! Thank you CCC! 😊
