thoughtful curtious staff, proffesional, clean shop and waiting area, and quality work! We were previously taking our vehicles to another auto shop in the 7 lakes area whose work was less than 5 stars. And when we had a oil hose disintegrate and they coudln't fit us in their schedule for over a week, I took my van to Carolina Car Care and they fixed the issue within a day. We've brought our vehicles there mulitiples times since and we're glad we made the switch! Great shop, great service!

I came in for a simple oil change which was done perfectly. While I was there I mentioned an exhaust leak that I wanted checked. In many other service centers it could have come back that I needed major exhaust system repair. But these guys simply replaced a missing nut on the exhaust manifold. Problem solved - outstanding!

I took my 2005 Jeep Liberty in to have the heater core replaced.They give me a very good price and had it ready when they said they would. You Guys Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
