Too pricey....headlight change was $90 where anyone else would've been $50/$60

You are correct - normally the cost of a bulb replacement is between $40-$50, but your vehicle requires a more expensive HID bulb instead of the normal incandescent bulb found in most vehicles. You actually came out on top compared to most HID bulb replacements - for example, an HID Xenon bulb replacement on a European car costs over $200.
